1. Materials
The valve body and handle are made of ductile iron (QT450-10), offering high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. To suit different application environments, the disc can be selected from nickel-plated ductile iron, ductile iron with Nylon 11 coating, various grades of stainless steel, or aluminum bronze. For the seat material, options include EPDM, NBR, or fluororubber.
2. Design
Available with multi-standard flange connections, compliant with specifications such as GB/T 9113, BS EN1092-1 PN6/10/16, ANSI B16.1 CLASS 125/150, JIS B2110 10K, AS 2129 Table E, and BS 10 Table D/E. To meet different operational requirements, various drive options are available: handle, gear operator, signal gear operator, electric actuator, or pneumatic actuator. For the seat design, choices include body-vulcanized seat, backed-insert seat, or boot-style resilient seat.
3. Surface Treatment
The standard surface finish is epoxy resin powder coating (by dipping or spraying), providing reliable corrosion protection. For more demanding corrosive environments, the factory also offers discs coated with Nylon 11. Nylon 11 is a thermoplastic, bio-based coating approved by the USDA. It inhibits microbial growth, offers strong corrosion resistance, and is suitable for harsh chemical environments requiring stringent anti-corrosion performance.
